Refund policy

Refunds

We accept returns for 30 days from the day your order arrives. Email us at info@skinbeautysolutions.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once your return reaches us, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Returns

Return shipping is paid by you. Send items back in their original condition and pack them securely — we can't accept items that arrive damaged.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us within 6 hours of placing it. Because we ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, this usually gives us time to stop the order before it is dispatched. If a cancellation request arrives in time but the order ships anyway, we will handle it under this policy.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will replace the affected items at no cost to you.
